The
Message that Brother Branham brought to his generation cannot
be explained as just another ministry, but has far-reaching implications.
Many believe that his ministry signified a turning point for the
church at large if they will only hear. Malachi in the bible speaks
of Elijah the Prophet returning to the church to restore all things,
just before the great and dreadful day of the Lord. (Mal 4:5-6)
William Branham’s ministry restored many truths that would
have otherwise have been overlooked by the church systems in their
quest for bigger and better organizations.
The teachings that he brought were simple and yet profound, and
it does not take long for the hearer to realize that this was
a man who has heard from God and one who was faithful to his commission
as a trusted servant of his Lord.

Message of which Brother Branham said was the most inspired sermon
he ever preached apart from ‘The Seven Seals’ - is yet
another tape that leaves us in awe when we consider that the Power
of God is with us even today working in us and through us.
Brother Branham calls
upon the Holy Ghost to vindicate the words that he has spoken in
Name of the Lord, and they are more than confirmed by the demonstration
of the Spirit and the Gift of Discernment of spirits. This message
has driven believers to prayer and sinners to repentance and has
to be deemed as a Classic of modern Christian archives. Listen as

"THE
TOKEN" DALLAS.TX V-19 N-12 64-0308
...Now,
over in the Book of Exodus the 12th chapter, beginning with the
12th verse, I wish to read a portion of Scripture: 12th and 13th
verse. For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and
will smite... the firstborn in the land of--of Egypt, both man
and beast; and... will execute judgment: I am the LORD. And
the blood shall be unto You for a TOKEN upon the house where you
are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague
shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of
Egypt. My subject is "The Token." 1
The
Prophet speaks out openly against worldliness and liberal minded
Christianity that is prevalent to this Laodicean church age. "Surely
this was a man upon whom rested the Spirit of Elijah. God has
raised up many fine ministries in our generation, but who can
compare with this man’s ministry; a ministry that I wish
to share with you today".
The outstanding feature of his ministry was the commission that
was given him in 1933 by the Angel of the Lord.
"As John the Baptist forerun the first coming of Christ his
ministry was to forerun the Second Coming."2
